Why should I hire a Day-of Coordinator?

After months (or years!) of planning, you deserve to be present and stress-free on your wedding day. As your coordinator, I will take over the logistics of the day - managing vendors, handling the timeline, and troubleshooting any hiccups - so you can focus on celebrating and making lasting memories.

When should I book a Day-of Coordinator?

The earlier, the better! Most couples book 6-12 months before their wedding date to secure availability. Even though we don’t jump in until 3-4 months from your wedding date, early booking ensures your date is reserved and you’ll have peace of mind knowing help is on the way!

What is included in your Day-of Coordination Package?

Each package varies, but typically includes:

• Pre-wedding Consultation meetings

• Creation of a detailed wedding day timeline

• Vendor recommendations and communication

• Full wedding day management (set up, cues, transitions, clean up coordination, etc.)

Will you travel to my venue?

Yes! I would love to travel for your wedding! Any weddings within 25 miles of White Bear Lake, MN are free of travel fees. Any weddings that are greater than 25 miles from there will be charged $0.67/mile.

I am based in White Bear Lake, MN and have experience at venues in MN, such as; Redeemed Farm, Almquist Farms, The Lowlands, Quincy Hall, Woods and Co, Oak Glen Golf Club, The Wexford at Emerald Greens, and more! I love going to new venues!
